4. AI Disclaimer

• AI responses are informational and assistive
• You are responsible for final business decisions
• NexTrade is not liable for business losses due to AI suggestions

5. Automations & Hooks

• Automations execute based on configured rules
• Hooks operate only when licensed and paired
• Business owners control all hook permissions
• Users may disable hooks at any time

6. Subscriptions & Payments

• Free and Pro plans available
• Optional add-ons billed separately
• Payments handled via RevenueCat
• Refunds follow App Store / Play Store policies

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your business data. NexTrade processes data to provide services.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms. Users may terminate accounts at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexTrade is not liable for indirect damages. Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 12 months.
